We have been getting a lot of questions regarding rental property flips and turn overs. Soooo we decided to write blog to help answer some basic questions.
#1 Do you Property Manage? No - we won't be your property management company, we don't do 24/7 emergency calls for your renters. We can however come to do the larger work You or your Management company find.
#2 So what do you do? We do the work after your tenant moves out and the new one moves in. We complete the upgrades, clean up/out and reno of the property getting it ready for the next tenant. We do painting, flooring, upgrades, more on what we can do here.
#3 What does it cost? That depends on what is needed and what we go over in the Project Consultation [more on that here]. Some clients want the whole home redone, some want just a bathroom, others need a whole home redone and trash removal, things add up but we ensure you know the cost up front and there are no surprises.
#4 How Long Does it Take? Again this depends on the project. 1 bedroom , a day or maybe less than a week depending on what you want. A bathroom 1-2 weeks again depending on what you want. A full home reno 2-3 weeks or even 4 weeks depending on what you want and the state and size of the home. We set the schedule and timeline during the Project Consultation.
We take pride in our work, we know that you make money on these properties and that if they don't look their best then you can not get top dollar for them. We want you and your tenants to be happy and feel at home in the spaces we reno. We are happy to complete these projects and know that someone will make a life in them.
